Before choosing a community, residents should understand financial aspects, rules and regulations, utility or service charges, and responsibilities for maintenance and services.
Mobile home community approval
Many communities require a prospective purchaser to be approved by the landlord as a tenant before the purchase is final. Approval should be in writing.
Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing. Complaints to the Division are considered confidential, and mediation may be required in some cases.
