Licenses are required for manufactured housing industry professionals.
In accordance with Nevada Revised Statute Chapter 489, licenses are required for dealers, manufacturers, salespeople, and servicepeople working in manufactured housing.
Who needs a license
Licensing applies to dealers involved in selling, renting, or leasing; manufacturers engaged in manufacturing; salespeople employed by dealers; and servicepeople engaged in repair or service.
Required filings
Applicants must complete and file the required forms, answer applicable questions, and provide information and supplemental documents required by the Division.
Licensing exams
Exam fees, study guides, testing locations, and scheduling information are part of the licensing process. The portal can help route exam and license requirements by role.
