Manufactured Home Park Managers, Assistant Managers, and many licensees must complete continuing education or exam requirements related to manufactured housing.
Park managers
Manufactured Home Park Managers and Assistant Managers are required to complete continuing education annually relating to the management of a manufactured home park.
Licensees
With certain exceptions, licensees must complete continuing education every two years and submit certificates with renewal applications by the expiration date.
Licensing exams
