Manufactured Housing requires permits and inspections to ensure structures manufactured off site are constructed, transported, installed, and repaired in a manner that protects the public.
Permit application information
Licensed servicepersons may register and apply for permits online. Owner-builders apply directly to the Division and must include required documentation.

Inspection information
When a project is ready for inspection, the permit holder submits an inspection request. Some work may also require approved plans, labels, or closeout documentation.
